A return to the analog roots of design-pencil on paper and vellum-has always been an essential part of my creative process. Since my earliest memories, drawing by hand has been second nature, and sketching and rendering remain indispensable tools in my practice. They also formed a foundational part of my early career as an architect at Pursley Dixon Studio.
Creating in this way allows each project to begin with a clean slate-a blank sheet of paper approached with authenticity, curiosity, and respect for tradition. It is a process that encourages thoughtful exploration, allowing ideas to emerge organically before they are shaped by digital tools.
